Prints are allowed (BUT NOT if the image is only edited with textures and different colors)
Commercial use is allowed [if it's a creative manipulation]. meaning: not just editing the color and tones of the image, or adding a text, but creating something with it that doesn't look too much like the original. so being VERY VERY CREATIVE
If some company or whatever finds any of my original images useful for advertising commercially or something like that, then they should ask me personally and let me do all the work since I hold copyrights to my images.
IN OTHER WORDS: commerical is allowed if you're not getting paid




You do not need to ask to upload your piece on another website (including blogs), but still credit night-fate-stock, or the link to the original image.
I am always asked about flickr and ponybox, and it's OK. No need to ask.




You may create premade backgrounds using my stock, if you credit me in the description.
You may also make brushes using my stock. No need to credit for that.



If you have a school project or something to do with school, and you find any of my images useful, then feel free to use it. But I still wanna see what you use it for
